Qigong & Sound Healing Retreat

Set in the peaceful pastures of Lancashire, The Old Farm House cow shed has been transformed into a heated purpose built wellbeing studio. Join us at weekends in the summer for a retreat focused on Qigong, Sound Healing and forming beautiful connections all while surrounded by farm animals and countryside.

Shine Wellness Retreat

Located at Clough Bottom Farm in Clitheroe, we offer a beautiful healing day retreat within an idyllic setting surrounded by local wildlife.

Join us for a day of wellness and healing including breath work, relaxation meditation, energy work, a creative wellbeing art workshop, connecting to nature walk & talk, sound healing, positive intention setting, and self empowerment. Enjoy a healthy, fresh seasonal two course luncheon provided by the farm (dietary requirements will be catered for), all while being around lovely, likeminded souls.

For guests who would like to extend their retreat into a two day trip, we have an option for you to stay overnight in the stunning farmhouse nestled within the grounds. Clitheroe is a historic market town in the Ribble Valley full of wonderful shops, friendly people, and quaint cobbled streets. A delicious dinner will be included and breakfast can be arranged.
